Bio

Tori received her master's degree from SUNY Old Westbury in May 2025. She utilizes theoretical orientations such as a client-centered, eclectic therapeutic approach, strength-based therapy, CBT, mindfulness, and psychodynamic techniques. She creates a comfortable environment for clients by being empathetic, nonjudgmental, and actively listening to them in sessions to create a space where they are comfortable expressing themselves.

Her main goal is to enhance the self awareness of clients while supporting their emotional growth. She wants clients to feel empowered in navigating their mental health challenges with resilience while fostering a strong sense of self.
